Buckhorn Narrows Resort

Basic cottages in need of updating. Small heater, no air conditioning (but the breeze off the lake helps). Beautiful, small, clean, sandy beach. Each cottage has a BBQ, firepit, picnic table and Muskoka chairs. Most cottages have a good view of Buckhorn Lake. No on-site laundry facilities. Closest is a 20 minute drive to Lakehurst. There is a pool, but did not look at it this visit as it was closed. It is located a short walk away from the cottages.

We have good memories from past visits. The most recent was satisfactory. We shall see what the current owners do with the place.

NOTE: Double, triple, quadruple check that you have all of your belonging when you leave as they throw out what is left behind (even if it might be useful for future guests).

New owners are putting time and effort into making the resort a great place for all to enjoy. Kudos to Ben and Tiffany!

Great place for me and my friends to hang out. Wish the water was a lot better. Went swimming/bridge jumping 10 min down a lot as the water was sooooo much better

Had fun will probably be back next year.

Ben & Tiff have always taken great care of us when we visit. Very solid docks / marina at Buckhorn Narrows! We like the boating here, it's fantastic. Located on one of the most interesting strategic waterways in Canada.
