“I truly cannot see any reason to EVER shop at a big box store again! I ordered a propane-fueled Weber Grill over the phone today. It was assembled and then delivered to my home just 3 hours after I ordered it, some 10km away from the store. One of the sales team members, Aaron, was extremely courteous in setting up the order. The store manager, Garnet, arrived with a team member and they happily off-loaded, then carried the grill to the exact spot i wanted it on my terrace. They then took two of my empty tanks with them, telling me i could pick them up when I'm in town. Thanks also to Sue, another manager, for helping me the week before with my questions about the Weber grill. Bravo HH Lakefield, Bravo!”

Ordered some lumber early this week for delivery and found after delivery that one of the boards had some hidden damage and was unusable. Called the service desk yesterday and they couldn't have been any nicer. Woke up this morning to find the replacement board in my driveway! Great customer service!
