(July 8, 2018, 6:56 pm)Beautiful trail but definitely cover up and bring at least one full bottle of good bug spray. More if you're making this a family outing. If you plan on bringing your dog for a nice walk, don't bring your dog. Unless of course you bathe him in bug spray before heading out. I turned back when I saw there was about a dozen deer flies looking for a place to land on my pup and about half a dozen on him. I've been hitting a lot of trails this summer and this one was the worst as far as Mosquito and Deer flies go. Really looks like a nice trail though. I'll probably head back in late August.
