“Stayed at Voyageur campground. I have to start off by saying the staff are great. PW Dubuc and Marianne at the gate were super helpful and awesome. They answered all our questions and even helped us out of a little jam we created for ourselves! Our site had mature ash and maple trees, a beautiful water view, and it's really nice, quiet, and well maintained. Comfort stations well stocked and clean. I'd absolutely visit again!”

“Very unique eco system. Acidic soil. Only plants that can endure low nitrogen soil or those that trap bugs can survive.”

“We stayed here for almost a week and it was awesome. The night over spots green and next to the washing rooms and showers. Unfortunately they were closed due to COVID but I heard they are really nice inside. The outside is so neat already. The campground has a pool, new playground and a lake with 2 slides. My kids especially liked the pool. In the weekend the store is open for buying some food (the fries are delicious!). Highly recommended!”

“Beau petit parc sur le bord de la rivière Nation, avec beaucoup de potentiel! Se trouvant près d'un barrage et un ancien pont du chemin de fer, qui est maintenant une piste cyclable de 72 km.”

“I was there the same weekend as the previous reviewer! I enjoyed the music festival! On the Saturday it was great! There was a DJ and awesome lights and it was still far enough way from everything that you didn’t hear it all over the site. As for the rest of the campground it’s a very nice place, I love the tranquility of it. It was beautiful. The lake was very refreshing! There’s a variety of different places to stay, some campsites surrounded by trees, some a bit more open, some near the beach/lake. I’d definitely go again! There is a place to shower and other various amenities around. It’s a very natural place. 5 stars for whispering pines.”

“Relaxing family friendly camping. We had a chalet that was perfect for our needs. Close to the waterpark and plenty of activities on the grounds and just outside. Short distance from Ottawa as well. The kids had a blast making friends. Thanks to the welcoming staff.”
