“I was just in today at around 11am. As soon as I walked in I witnessed a very rude customer belittle an employee named Kyle. Kyle was polite courteous and respectful as he tried to understand how to solve the customers concern. He remained calm even after the customer treated him so poorly. I must commend Kyle for such outstanding professionalism even after this rude disrespectful customer spoke to him so poorly. Kyle is the kind of staff member that leads by example, it was such a great experience watching Kyle demonstrate outstanding customer service. I feel there is not enough I can say about how well this situation was handled. I will, for this reason, be telling everyone what great service they can expect at the rockland Canadian Tire.
