“I give 3 stars because of the lack of professionalism the receptionist has. She is rude to patients and not interested in giving appointments... yes not interested in giving appointments. ( at least the doctors are good and interested to help ). I have witnessed more than once now the receptionist saying there is no room for the next 2 weeks to either me personally or to other patients when I call or they call and when I show up in person suddenly there is tons of room available ( not addressing the same receptionist ). I am not naming the receptionist in question. I have no choice but to say that a receptionist that plays potentially with the health of patients by not giving appointments or arguing with them at a personal level how she feels about you is not healthy for anyone.”
