Staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help - it was a relief for me to have their help when picking up a harness for my dog (they helped me find a good fit for him and adjusted it for me). He got the furminator treatment and they brushed him so thoroughly that he has half the tail he used to! And don't mistake, that's praise, my pup had a tail like a shedding flag.
