Our old septic system quit in the middle of winter. Initially, we thought it was a plumbing problem, so called in AI Plumbing who identified the problem but told us we would not qualify for a new septic system as we are too close to the river and didn't have enough property to install a new system. Q-Logic came to our rescue. They got all the permits required and installed a Waterloo Shed system that requires a minimum of space. We got our new system in May and it's been working great. We have used this team for two projects. For the last project we found we had a very very old system and QLogic were very clear about what needed to be done to ensure time and money were not wasted. We needed a whole new system (2nd opinion fro the septic pump group also suggested the same) which is no small endeavour. Q Logic were on time and on budget. Site supervision and direction was very professional. We had a few questions in the months that followed and the Q Logic team responded immediately and came to have a look just to be sure all was as it should be.
