“I had the pleasure of working with Anchor Homes to build a purpose-built duplex. Although we had undertaken various other types of investment ventures before, this was the first time we had completed a new build. From the moment we first met Mitch and Theresa, we knew we had found our builder. They were both knowledgeable, quick to answer questions and provide suggestions to make the process smooth. Mitch was always available for any questions we had and when we sporadically popped into the job site, he was there and available to chat. It was comforting to know that he was involved in everystep of the process and had a perfect pulse on how things were going. When going into the project, we planned for going 2-3 months over the timeframe we were given and 10% over budget. Neither of these were necessary. The build was completed on time and on budget (which is very rare in the building industry). We would not hesitate to work with Mitch and Anchor Homes again and would recommend them as your first call when building a quality home with an honest builder.”

“We are very happy with Rad Dezign from the very first contact to the completion of the job. In our case, the cabinet doors were old traditional oak doors with exterior hinges, so we elected to replace the doors with a modern shaker style with interior soft-closing hinges. We wanted the spaces between the doors reduced, therefore new overhangs, door and drawer face dimensions needed to be calculated. Rad Dezign ordered the doors and hardware and painted everything with the colour we chose. The transformation was better than we imagined and the job was completed on time and on budget with no surprises. Great work Sia and Emma. Thank you!”

“We love our tiny home! Payam and Lee are fantastic designers and excellent craftsmen. We both really liked the original P01 model design, and decided to go with a few modifications in the heating system and exterior aesthetic. Instead of propane heating, we went with a split unit and in floor heating system, since we were mostly going on grid, but Payam and Lee were also able to fit the home with vents and propane lines in case we ever transition to an off grid set up where energy consumption would have to be minimized. They were kind, competent and willing to work with us to customize the build to our specific needs. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a modern and well built tiny home.”
