I was referred to Serendipity Yoga through friends a couple of years ago during the pandemic and started taking regular classes on Zoom. Since then, I have also had the opportunity to take in-person classes at various locations in the County, including Janice & Jeff’s home studio, at Karlo Estate and most recently at their beautiful new Bloomfield studio. Serendipity offers a wide variety of classes ranging from mindful gentle yoga through more challenging hatha, flow and yoga fitness classes. Janice & Jeff are amazing teachers who have such positive energy and passion for yoga and are unfailingly warm, encouraging and kind. There is no pressure and options are always provided so you can adapt poses as needed based on your ability or energy level. Every class leaves me feeling restored both mentally and physically.
