“I purchased a 2019 G90 from the Genesis web site and the delivery was through Ajax Genesis with Jerome Pamatmat as the Genesis Experience Manager. I can honestly say that it was the best vehicle purchase experience I have had in 30 years, from North American cars to German luxury vehicles. Within minutes of selecting the color and vehicle type I received a call from Jerome following up with information and delivery options etc. The web site was a unique experience in buying a car and I don't think I would go back to the old ways. Within a few hours I had a trade in value on my previous car, delivery dates on the new car and consistent follow up. As much as I appreciate the web site purchase, the follow up from Jerome was really what sold me on the experience. The delivery date and time came as planned (even though the roads were snow covered and icy) and the car was delivered in a Genesis special built display trailer (look for images online to see it). I had over an hour of time spent with the manager going through all the features of the vehicle. All of the paperwork from ownership to sales invoice was a 5 minute transaction - something I appreciate as I've spent endless hours at a dealership in the past getting that sorted. I had a brand new car delivered and my trade taken in, in less time than it takes to write this review. I would not hesitate to purchase from this dealership again. The follow up alone on the vehicle has been outstanding”

“I went yesterday to get a car, service was really good. Everyone is super nice, the manager seems cool. The car was in the parking lot I went to go see it. They didn’t clear up the ice, he should have moved the car but I fell on the ice and my hand hurts a lot today . I would say just clean the ice up, Salt around the cars or move the car for customers to see it. Other than that this seem like a good place to get a car .”
