“Bought a laptop from this place. It was scheduled to arrive two days later, but someone in my area had placed a special order the day before and the person who helped me decided to throw my package in on the same delivery so I received my package in one day from purchase. The laptop is in great condition. However, the charging adapter they provided was defective (which is not critical). I'm glad because the person who helped me was very responsive in following up with my purchase and addressed the situation by sending me a new adapter the next day. I would suggest this place despite it looking very sketchy (it shows up as a home on Google Maps).”

He gave me the option to take my prints home today. When I called I was given not informed of that option. He told me my prints would be ready in ten minutes and they were ready in less.”

“I bought a double bed and bunk beds and three new mattresses plus a fantastic full length stand alone mirror. Beds are very comfortable and doing business was easy. The only issue I had was the young sales person really tried hard to up sell even after I said no. Businesses be aware: pushy sales staff don’t help with customer retention. Helpful and knowledgeable staff will keep your customers coming back. Having said that I was happy with the price, the manager was helpful and delivery was flawless”

“This store has the resources of a large chain complimented by the warm customer service of a mom and pap. I had a screen display issue, which took about a week to resolve but so far I am satisfied with the fix. I was provided with a 1 year warranty, which I am grateful for. “I've been tuning Sue's pianos for 18 years and even though I haven't had her as a teacher, I can comment on her boundless enthusiasm, her sharp mind and her wonderful sense of humour. She is very dedicated to her students and keeps her pianos in tip top shape for her students. You simply cannot go wrong with her as a teacher. “I really enjoy shopping here. The staff is very helpful but not overbearing trying to sell you stuff you really do not need. I have taken my computer here to get worked on. They took my computer right away and worked on it immediately since they had no other computer they were working on. At Christmas time I was buying my granddaughter a laptop and the clerk helped me choose the best one for her. The prices are very reasonable. Between 50 - 200 below any other computer place. I highly recommend the Ajax store to anyone looking for a great computer place. Christine”
