Dealing with a death is not easy, but the kind and professional staff at Ajax Crematorium and Visitation Centre make the process so much easier. They don't have any hidden fees, pricing is reasonable, they are sympathetic to your family's situation, and are completely willing to help you with anything you need during this difficult time. The facility itself, has a calm atmosphere and is so clean and organized. The auditorium where all the ceremonies are held, is large enough to accommodate at least 200 people, but also can be sectioned off to for smaller gatherings. One person who I have to mention is Neelu. She was instrumental in smooth process of planning and executing our family's funeral arrangements. She met with us multiple times and showed us so much empathy and understood everything we wanted during the process. Overall, they provided the absolute best experience we could possibly ask for. I would 100% recommend this location if you ever need to make funeral arrangements for a loved one.”
