I trust Ajax Animal Hospital, and here's why: I've seen a lot of 4 star reviews on here - and to be fair, I've had a number of 4 star experiences with vets in the past. I've had to change vets more than once over the years due to moving (me and/or the vet). But I've also had 2 experiences where the level of service and care was above and beyond my expectations - and Ajax Animal Hospital is one of those places. I initially began going here for rehab with my 11 year old GSD, while seeing another vet for all of his other care. The therapy worked great for him, not only buying me more time with him but also ensuring that he was comfortable and not in pain. I felt so comfortable with the staff here, that when time eventually came to say goodbye, I opted for it to be here rather than my normal vet. The level of patience, empathy and professionalism that I received was above and beyond my expectations - and I couldn't be more grateful.”

“The staff and Dr Gill are amazing! Every visit our little pup is treated with such love and care. Whenever we come by for shots or for any illness our pup has, the staff always follow up a couple of days later to see how our pup is doing. They are also so helpful whenever I have any questions when I call in, if they don't have the answer right away, they always get back to me shortly after. I ended up going to Pickering Village Pet Hospital cause of all the amazing reviews and I'm so glad I did.”

“Took my Salem here for her shots and to get spayed. The staff was friendly, and her surgery was complication free. Salem got a nice soft cone that didn't cause her issue, vet office called to follow up and ensure everything was fine and let me know of any warning signs to look for. Not a super fancy place at all, but reasonable prices and good staff is what matters by far.”
