They didn't have either of the 2 items we were looking for because they didn't carry one of the items and were unfamiliar with the other. We made a small purchase of a novelty Stihl product. Greg promised to look into one of the items and call us back. Through the entire visit he was very friendly and knowledgeable about his products despite not having what we wanted. I honestly didn't think they would bother because it was such a small, inexpensive item. In less than 30 minutes, Greg had researched and located the item, found a possible Canadian distributor and left me a voicemail instructing me how to find the item.
