“I was in a bind the other day, I was at work and my husband was home with our sick baby and his truck had broke down that morning. She continued to throw up and was in need of gravol. I was out of town at work in a tax office so I called the Sunderland Guardian and John, the owner, answered the phone. He immediately sent a staff member out to my home and delivered the much needed gravol. I offered to pay a delivery fee and he wouldn't except it. Exceptional customer service.
