Paradisaic Building Group was excellent to work with! Greg, our project manager, kept us informed about the progress and work completed with daily emails and communication. Allan, our foreman, was meticulous with his work and our site was kept extremely clean and well maintained which was so very much appreciated since we were living in the home during construction. We were sad to see him go, especially my six year old who enjoyed his morning chats :). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor. Thanks so much, we love our reno!

Paradisaic were an absolute pleasure to work with to build our dream kitchen. From the initial meeting and quotation through to the final build and walkthrough, Ben, Greg, Mat and Campbell were professional, communicative and thorough in their work. When we decided to undertake an almost complete renovation of our house (main floor, basement and upstairs hallway) we looked for recommendations for a reliable, dependable and honest company to do the job. Thankfully we got a recommendation for Paradisaic Building Group.

Ben and Jordan came out to the house and we walked through everything we wanted to have renovated. We then worked with Jordan over the next several months as we finalized the scope of the project. We received a very detailed document outlining our project from start to finish. It broke down the cost of everything we wanted (and everything Paradisiac needed to do to make it happen). The work commenced. Our project manager Greg communicated with us every step of the way. We were living off site so we received bi-weekly emails telling us what was happening and what was coming up. He always made sure we were happy with the work that was going on. He was organized and knowledgeable. He kept us on schedule with our selections so the work never stopped because we forgot to pick something. He was great. Chris, Keith and all of the other carpenters who worked in our house were beyond excellent. As walls came down and issues were found Chris walked us through the issue, gave use several ways to fix it and always gave his advice on the best way forward. This was a huge help. I believe our house turned out better than we had imagined because of Chris. Michelle, the in-house designer, was amazing. She helped us pick out all of our finishes. She would give her opinion on why she thought things would work and why things might not.

In the end our house turned out amazing. The work came in just under budget and just a week over the estimated completion time (nothing Paradisaic could have done to prevent that). I would 100% recommend Paradisaic for your home reno needs. They turned our house into our dream home.

I first met Ben after reaching out to him early in 2021 to quote on an extensive reno in our home. He took the time to go through the scope with me, discuss what the process would look like, and provided a detailed project outline with pricing. As someone who works in the industry with various trades, I appreciated the level of detail they put into the project outline and the responsiveness to any questions I had.

I cannot say enough good things about Ben and the team at Paradisaic. I had a lot on my plate personally and a timeline to get things done, and explained to Ben that one of my concerns was not having the bandwidth to manage the project personally. He assured me that our project foreman, Chris, would be onsite daily and our project manager, Greg, would provide regular updates as things progressed. Chris and Greg both did an excellent job at managing the project! They sealed up the rooms that were not being renovated to keep dust out, the site was cleaned up at the end of each day and kept immaculate for a construction site, and Greg sent weekly updates every Friday with what was completed that week and an upcoming scope for the following week. They truly looked after our home, had great communication and I never had any concerns about progress or workmanship.

The end result turned out amazing! It looks like a completely different house but still feels like home. Thank you for all of the hard work and care put into our project! I would not hesitate to work with Ben and the team at Paradisaic again in the future!

My husband and I have been working with Paradisiac Building Group for many years. In our first home, they constructed beautiful wainscoting, new flooring, a master walk-in closet and a gorgeous railing. Ten years later, we moved (at the beginning of the pandemic) and invited Ben and his crew in to create a new rec room, office and gym in our unfinished basement, including two beautiful fireplace feature walls.
