Ardene

Was there today as they opened. I greated the staff since she never bothered to look up even though I was waiting to ask her if we could use the change room. She unlocked the door for us but seamed to be annoyed and inconvenient that we wanted to try something on. On my way out I thanked her and I thought wow she really looks like she hates her job! I work retail, I would never employ someone like her.

Just all around great. Perfect prices, cute stuff, great staff. Can’t complain.

Recently was at the Oshawa Center location returning a few bathing suits that were defective, the strings had completely come out on the sides without being warn. Once arriving the assistant manager Bianca was very helpful, I planned to swap for the same style bathing suits but they no longer had any in my size so I received a store credit instead and I left feeling very positive about my experience. Bianca was so kind and understanding I would recommend shopping at this location! :)

Great staff, had one staff member search through their entire stock to help me find a bikini set in my size, helped me mix and match to find something that looked nice(plus so hard to find my size) but they were determined and were a great help and in the end found exactly what I wanted. They have a great selection of products at great prices, love the sales. Some inecpensive but Really pretty jewellery. Will definitely be going again.
