Had purchased a rucksack from the Oshawa branch some months ago, unfortunately the bag had begun to fail and I had lost the receipt. NO PROBLEM! I was able to exchange with a comparable rucksack. No hassle or argument, and was even given options for the replacement within the floor price of the bag. I would recommend Mountain Warehouse to any looking for reasonable bags with a great warranty

I usually love this store, products and prices are great. I recently placed an order online which contained sandals and a pair of winter boots which are for Christmas presents. BOTH PAIRS came unboxed and in a clear plastic bag, looked like I picked them up from a discount shop or something.... so please be aware that some of your shoes you order online may not come in boxes especially if they're for gifts!
I did call customer service and they said I make a good point, but they can't do anything for me and the stores can't give me boxes but they will be sure to mention it to management 😒

Excellent customer service when it comes to one of there staff there by the name of Colleen. She is very kind and will take that extra step to get things done.
