Jackie's Critter's & Things

After going through a horrible experience at an animal/pet box store, Jackie's was a breath of fresh air. She's so knowledgeable and she helped us with purchasing a new gecko. She always takes the time to answer my daughter's many questions. Patient, kind, and so professional. Highly recommend!!!!!

A very nice reptile store with friendly staff! They carry a lot more of the "niche" feeders, and the place is always super clean.

Jackie's used to be my absolute favourite place to go for all my reptile needs and advice. Over the past few years I've only been there in a pinch and will frequently make a further drive to go elsewhere. The service gets substantially less friendly and welcoming as the years go on. I would generally prefer to pay a few extra dollars for items to support a local business vs a big box store, however I have found the cost of accessories to be incredibly higher

I adopted a burned ball python rescue they had cared for for the past two months. She's so sweet and gentle. Healed so well from what you can tell was a horrific burn. She's now happy I'm her 20. I have pics, but for some reason can't post them and lost the business card! Definitely going back for more BP's! Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic reptile and reptile supply retailer. Helpful knowledgable staff and a nice variety of healthy reptiles. Need feeders? Best feeders I've found around as well.
