  My wife and regularly shop here. What keeps us coming back is the devotion, knowledge and care from the owners.
  
  We bought a puppy last year who had some complications just after we got him. We had to put him on a bland diet while he was being monitored by the vet. When he was cleared, we tried returning him to the food that he ate in the care of the breeder, but he had way too much diarrhea.
  
  When we finally came to Welcome Pet Foods, they recommended trying Fromm and began to tell us what made it better than other foods. Clearly there is a passion in what they do as the foods they stock are carefully selected. Our puppy was on the mend with a stable stool after transitioning to this new food. Later, we went through one more food change and were able to isolate the source of his reactions - our puppy has a grain allergy.
  
  This was no easy task in diagnosing, and now none of his food includes grain and he's been happily eating and dumping ever since! By reading this review, I hope it compels others to do the same. As the customers, it should be our duty to carefully review our experiences and let others know that they too may come here knowing there is a wealth of knowledge and supplies for any pet related issues.

  Friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff; abundant, quality choices for my dogs (as well as cats, indoor and wild birds, rabbits...); product special orders; automatic carry-out. One-stop shopping with excellent customer service!

  Fantastic store with knowledgeable staff that insists on carrying heavy items to your car. The gentleman really did me a huge favour this morning when I forgot my wallet. Very grateful for this local business.

  I have nothing but amazing things to say about Welcome Feeds. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and they went above and beyond when we were trying to help our dog who was very ill. Their customer service is exceptional and I cannot thank them enough for the kindness they showed us and assistance they gave us during a very difficult time in our lives with our pup.

  Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have never had a disappointing visit to Welcome Feeds. Always well stocked and tons of selection. Highly recommend!
