Jeffery Homes - Orchard East Bowmanville Sales Centre

We purchased a home frome Jeffery Homes in November 2020. To date the sales representative (Bev) has been amazing. She has responded to all of our questions in a reasonable timely manner. We recently had some concerns and the builder called us to answer a question/concern. We had our first decor appointment today. The finishes to pick from are good quality and numerous . I would highly recommend this builder.

Great builder to purchase house from , very professional, reasonable pricing on the upgrades. Great and I would say one of the best standard features and also unique 60' lot available.

Absolutely incredible builder. By far the most proud one I've ever met. Driving around any of their older sites clearly demonstrates they care about the product they produce. Their homes and communities age very nicely and their initial build quality is second to none. Highly recommended.
