Annette has been amazing. Words can’t express how comfortable she make us feel during this new home process. Very accommodating and helpful.
My wife and i were looking for a new construction for quite sometime, we went to a few builders and we ended up at Picture homes in Bowmanville and met Annette and that is where it ended. She's super awesome, she has the best personality ever, very friendly and patient and full of information with no added pressure. She is so nice to talk to and no matter how often we call or email she's always so happy to talk to us. I would buy from her 1000 times again. Love the Picture Homes houses too. I've been telling all my friends about Picture homes and Annette.
Myself and husband want to thank Annette everytime we visit the show home I am very impressed with her professionalism and you can tell she really cares about her job and also the customer. Annette has a very good knowledge about all of the house and she is ready to help you at anytime.
When you visit picture home she would explain what you will be getting without the whole upgrades homes you see around other builds are doing.
