(February 1, 2019, 10:14 pm)The staff at this location are very friendly, patient and more knowledgeable than at most Rogers locations. Having dealt with several different locations over the years with mixed results, improperly booked appointments, plans not set up properly, I have never had that issue once at this location, even with a growing family and changimg needs every so often. Customer service still means something at this location which is rare these days.
