(May 30, 2021, 6:54 pm)Simply the best customer service I’ve experienced with mobility. They take the time to walk you through the services, your bill, and your options. Additionally they support business plans as well which is a huge bonus. We switched to Telus when moving to Bowmanville and we won’t be switching again.

(December 26, 2018, 8:53 pm)Cannot Express how amazing the customer service is here! After switching phone providers, the previous provider would not help me unlock my phone. The manager (last name Lopez.. sorry I don't remember your first name) at this telus location was very patient, going through multiple resources to assist me in unlocking my phone.
Would recommend this location anytime and so happy to have switched providers!
