The technician Adam was on-time, very personable, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. He explained what chemicals were used and how environmentally friendly yet effective they were.

Insight Pest Solutions came to remove a very large wasp’s nest at our home. Josh was the Insight representative and did a fabulous job. He went over and above what was asked. Very much appreciated. Would highly recommend,

Adam S. was our initial technician. He was also fantastic and really took the time to explain everything to us and to help us understand.

The first treatment definitely made a difference in many areas. Unfortunately we still had some activity in certain areas (hardly surprising given the amount we had before Insight came, and they did explain this can happen and to simply call them back). We asked them to come back for a re-treatment and aside from some minor mixup on the exact time of day that would happen, they came back as promised, which was included in the annual package.

Asif S. was our technician for our secondary visit. Again, much the same, he took the time to listen, explain and give advice.

The real proof will be in how successful the treatments are, but signs are positive so far and the reps and technicians have been great.

As always, Reed was amazing. This service is an affordable maintenance program. I couldn’t be more grateful!
