  My air conditioning unit died in my condo, so I was given True North Home Comfort's # by another parent at my son's school. I called them and they quickly dispatched an expert to come and repair it for us. I was expecting it to cost me a fortune, yet it was only a few hundred to replace and repair the required parts. The service was fast and excellent and the price was very fair. I will now only trust True North Home Comfort for our heating and cooling needs moving forward. Thank you True North Home Comfort for providing such a valuable and trusted service. From your newest happy customer!

  They are SUPER friendly, nice, accommodating and the only company that would come and work on our roof top furnaces in the snow storm to ensure our centre had heat!!! They came within a few hours of calling. Would highly recommend them and now will be having them doing our maintenance on the furnaces.

  We've used True North Home Comfort for a few jobs including a new furnace, chimney sweep and regular maintenance and these guys are top notch. Jamie and Braden know their stuff and are a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend them and will continue to use them .A++++

  Friendly customer service, easy to get hold of (called at 11:30 pm on a weekend and spoke to an actual real life human), knowledgeable and professional technicians, quick service.
  
  We've used this company to install our AC and thermostat (both installs went off without an issue).
  
  Most recently, our furnace, which was not installed by them, went out in the middle of the worst cold snap this year (-26°C). A technician was out to our place within 3 hours of my call (which was great, since the furnace company that installed the furnace 3 years prior was telling me at least 24 hours for service). The issue was fixed quickly. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable.

  I am very impressed. They provided excellent customer service, on the phone and in person, reasonable fees and were extremely professional. I would highly recommend this company!
