Food was fresh and delicious! Service was Great!

Really cool in-the-middle-of-nowhere place. I tried the Caribbean food and the coffee. Both great! There is also Italian, Mexican, Greek and Arabic, and a Fries truck too.
Try the Coffee! really nice and something different to try.

Lots of options here great food. They have amazing poutine, the enchiladas are great, and so is the food at the other trucks.

If you Haven't eaten at this Gem then you are genuinely missing out.

The mama Cook is upbeat, personal and professionally funny.
The order taker, was beautiful, professional and friendly.

Let's get serious about the food for a moment:
Chicken Soulvaki Dinner is a bit difficult to pull off as there is a little bit of everything on a plate.
The potatoes had the correct texture to flavor that they weren't too soft but soft enough that you wanted more of them.
The salad was perfectly portioned and wasn't superseded in dressing.
The rice was hands down perfect!
It wasn't crunchy, wasn't mushy, its taste was satisfying to the next bite.
The Chicken is usually the hardest because sometimes it can be a little undercooked, the skewers I had were just the right amount of grill not burnt, the smell of spices made you feel like it was made just for your taste buds.
The only downside of this meal was there was not enough tzatziki, the flavor was extremely good. (Hence the last star)
So ladies even on a rainy day you create excellent meals!

Had the chicken swarma here. It was a thing of beauty. Hot and fresh. The folks here are really pleasant. But back to the food. Chicken was perfect and juicy. The other ingredients were cool and fresh. Feta was great and the tatziki sauce was nice and thick. Garlicky too like I love. All in all a great stop for food. I will return to try some of their other dishes.
