(May 22, 2019, 2:28 am)Even though this Tim Hortons was busy the male employee took the time to explain to me how the new Tim Hortons reward card works. Also explained how getting the freebies accumulated in the card. He scanned the card to show me how it's done. It was nice seeing smiles even when they were very busy. The employees didn't express the stress they were under. They just went with the flow.
