“Came in with my family. The place was spacious with a patio and staff were welcoming. I went with the patio and there was a decent variety of choices in the menu. The food was great and sufficient in quantity. They even had a kids menu. The server was pleasant. Even though I was fully stuffed for desert, her description convinced me to get a carrot cake. It was so good and would've been a miss if not for her..... Definitely will come again. A must go place.”

“Good product but there are at least two evening staff that do not understand that they should be working to keep orders moving instead of ignoring online orders coming in. More than once we've waited fifteen minutes for a pick up from an online order. When we get there, the store is empty and these two younger staff members are chatting up a storm while our order has not been made yet. Definitely need some training 101 of working in the restaurant. The rest of the staff we interact with (we are here at least twice a week) are super awesome and helpful.”

“Came here after a rough and long night with the kids before a class and I have to say the service was exceptional. From the person who patiently took our Order (kids changed their minds a few times) , the woman (manager) who brought us a table cloth so the kids could colour while we waited the short wait for the food, the person who brought us the food to the gentleman who cleared our tray a full and pleasant experience. The restaurant is very clean and well kept and the play place is a bonus for any rainy day!”

“Even though this Tim Hortons was busy the male employee took the time to explain to me how the new Tim Hortons reward card works. Also explained how getting the freebies accumulated in the card. He scanned the card to show me how it's done. It was nice seeing smiles even when they were very busy. The employees didn't express the stress they were under. They just went with the flow.”

“First Experience: I ordered a Ice Cap with Chocolate Milk, they handed us a Ice Coffee... Second Experince: I ordered a crispy chicken BLT and this is what I got..a sandwich with no chicken on it. She asked crispy or grilled, I said Crispy. I paid by gift card and the rest cash. I dont understand how you mess that up, clearly they didn't bother to complete the order before handing it through the drive-thru window. Disappointed once again.”

They make great coffee and have milk alternatives, which they know how to handle. Most milk alternatives burn easily and many places dont have a clue how to handle them. (I'm very particular w my coffee). Amazing place - so glad I found it!”

Only disappointment is over the years due to exchange rates and pricing ( US & Canada) a lot of the interesting varieties of coffee are no longer available. First opened their inventory was extensive. Every year going forward less so. Bonus they offer a loyalty program. Still a nice place to buy coffee and tea.”

“The Marriott Hotel what can I see about the Marriott Hotel the rooms are really nice the reason being is because I worked on those rooms. So if you're looking to find a good place to stay in Toronto the Marriott would be a perfect place because not only can you get a hotel room but you can also catch a ball game when it's in season mind you you're going to be paying quite a bit of dollars if you can afford it and treat yourself to a wonderful treat then by all means it's located straight downtown in the heart of Toronto there are many things around that you could do and Little Treasures that are everywhere overall I think the Marriott is a beautiful place and if I could afford it I would stay there lol”
