Very good customer service. The flowers were gorgeous. I had purchased flowers for my mom to be delivered on mothers day..they didnt deliver until 5pm and with the time going by I started to get worried thinking they were not going to arrive...I emailed them and they replied within minutes. Flowers did arrive no problem...I was just getting anxious but this proved how efficient they are when replying to emails and what not. Overall great service will use them again in the near future.

The arrangement we ordered from here as a surprise get well for a family member was absolutely gorgeous. Very happy and will order from here again.

Ordering on line made simple and easy.. Have ordered from Lori's flowers before and always had excellent results.. ordered doz yellow Rose's for delivery next day. Which was delivered in a professional manner. Rose's were Stunning on arrival mixed in with greenery and Babies Breath. Well Day for today and they look as good as Day 1. I would highly recommend Lori's Hearts & Flowers for any event in life. I will keep ordering from Lori's.
