The actual signs were a 5 rating. There was a lot of repeat back and forth from the local rep about the required date and address for the order. So I was concerned if it would actually happen. All that detail was noted in the original web order. Highly recommend specific reps have better communication/ tracking from the main website of the order details to avoid customer concerns or doubts.
