Really would have loved to give more stars as they were quite helpful in educating me and took the time to answer my questions. When it came time for me to order a part, communication was an issue and promises to call were not met. Wasted time driving out there when better communication would have saved both of us a headache. Probably won't be going back.

Update: initially gave them 2 stars but they took the time and effort to rectify the situation which to me earns them 5 stars. Miscommunication and mistakes happen but I can appreciate it when a business puts in the effort to help a customer! Thanks Carol I really appreciate it! Bought my hot tub with a electronic roof from another company and every transaction was a nightmare.

FOUND these guys completely by accident as they are right across from my auto mechanic. Greatest discovery I ever made! Their in store products are reasonably priced. Their follow-up service is beyond belief! Their willingness to help is astounding! These guys fixed my hot tub more than once and were both cost effective and honest as the day is long.

Had the parts to fix my old tub and they came in on the weekend to rebuild the pump and motor. It's great that they also fully tested the pump with their testing tank so I know it works before I put it back on. And they stuck to their quote. I highly recommend this business.
