My Super is amazing!! He's very efficient and respectful. He is always running around getting things done, when he's allowed.
It took him 5 years before they would allow him to paint the stairwells.
The units and building need to be updated, badly. They only renovate when someone moves out, and because of Covid, they aren't allowing service to be done in the units. After living here for almost 9 years, I would appreciate some upgrades.
Nice building, recent renovations made it looks so good.
