Being older, when I first saw how young the ladies looked, I was skeptical but let me tell you, they sure know their stuff. The staff of the Hearing Room are extremely knowledgeable about their technology and their products. I have been a rather crabby customer because I'm not happy about having to wear a hearing aid but they have made the transition seamless. Their after sales care is superior...in fact, I would say it is highly uncommon in today's marketplace. Their customer service is bar none. They are very flexible, friendly and highly skilled. I sincerely recommend The Hearing Room to anyone in Durham Region.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hearing room! The service was exceptionally fast, easy and convenient for my fast paced lifestyle. Dr. Irene contacted me right away after work as I was looking to book an appointment but she insisted that I come in to see her right away so I did... and I was amazed at the service! Very professional, very convenient and super friendly, calm atmosphere! Anyone who goes to the Hearing room will not be sorry! Thank you Dr. Irene for helping me hear clearly again! Irene and Natasha are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy audiologists. My mother has been having difficulty with her hearing aids for years and has had limited success. We brought her to The Hearing Room and the girls did a thorough test, and fit her with new hearing aids. She says this is the first time she has heard so well in over 10 years. I would highly recommend Natasha and Irene if you are looking for a positive experience with hearing aids. Thank you again!
