“I really enjoy the Factory Direct stores. I have been shopping at their locations for years. Yes they have good deals on TVs and computer stuff , but there's always something different that they feature. This one had a great deal on outside patio umbrellas . Their stock changes so you do have to go back on a regular basis. Staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Unquestionably the best music store in the region. The two owners are fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We’ve bought loads of stuff there, and they go above and beyond whenever we’ve had an issue to get it resolved for us. I appreciate you might be able to save a few bucks buying online etc (and it is only a few bucks because I think their pricing is really reasonable) but I would trade that small saving any day for better support, service and quality.”
