“We were hosted by Markus this evening. We made a mistake in ordering the sauce on the wings and when we didn’t get we thought we needed, Markus reached out to the manager and got us complementary replacements for the same. Even though we got the same sauce which was provided in the first place, it was still our mistake. I appreciate Markus and the manager for making us feel valued even though it was our mistake. Will be back for sure, as we have always been. These people know how to treat customers - like they’re the most valued people at their tables. Kudos.”
