Good sales and nice variety of clothing. Sales tags are a bit tricky, be sure to read the fine print.

It annoys me when trying to buy a fragrance, the person that was working there doesn't work for the Bay but works for a particular fragrance company. Wouldn't stop going on about one particular product. I wanted to look at several. But she wouldn't even show me any others. Anyway, I chose something else. Then she put the wrong product in the bag. I had to go back to exchange it. Thankfully another lady, a Bay employee looked after me and sorted it out. NOT very good customer service to begin with. I'm very annoyed.

Always seem to have great deals on something. If you get a HBC credit card you receive an additional 15%off your purchases for the day. The employee I dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Went in to purchase a gift for my mother in law's birthday. The lovely lady at the watch counter spent about 40 minutes helping me choose the perfect watch for her. The selection is great and many high end brands are available. Also my go to shoe shopping store and I can always find beautiful designer outfits at reasonable prices.
