I haven't received my glasses yet, so I am only reviewing the service, which was exceptional! I had been putting off shopping for eye glasses as I had no idea where to buy from, or what style I'd like. I had a coupon for 50% off, so decided to try The Bay, and had such a great experience. Eileen was extremely helpful, and was able to help me find the perfect pair. Thank you!

I've been going to the Bay Optical since I was like 12 years old.
Never have had any problems.
Eileen has been great and always takes her time to make sure you are comfortable with the glasses you choose.
