“I was looking for a specific jacket for my son in January. I went to your store and there wasn't available. The girl at the register was very kind to check if it was available in other location and found one in a store located 2 hrs from Oshawa. I ask if they could ship it to me but the service wasn't available. When I asked to talk to the store manager, he wasn't working that evening but he called me next day to offer his help. I was very impressed and very satisfied the way it was handle from the beginning. The manager Steve, went over and beyond his service and I received the jacket in the mail in 7 days.
