I have been working with the Pickering office since around November or December 2022 and I have had very kind people and Doctors. I have been going to get Suboxone as a pain management medication. I used to be on opioids and do not like how much I felt like it was needed.
I currently have had a great experience. Especially great from Cherise as she is a very good person to talk to.

I had previously selected 4 stars but it was because of them not being open on Saturdays or Sundays. I believe that the customer service is great .👍😊

Cherise was encouraging and supportive when we first started the program. I don’t think we would have continued if she wasn’t there to guide us. Emily is also wonderful and helpful. Both ladies are great and recommend them wholeheartedly.

New Dawn Medical has literally changed my son Chris, they have been there with their friendly and helpful service, special thanks to Cherise and Emily for always listening and not just the support for Chris but family also. It’s hard dealing with addiction but with the right support it helps a lot. Thank you so much.

I have been going to Pickering location for a few years now. What I like about this location is that all staff are very nice and friendly, Cherise & Emily really care about patients, they would bend over backward to help you out if they can. I never had any bad experience not even once all these years.

Emily and Charise are amazing!! Always helpful and always make sure your all set up for your appointments and scripts. Always make you feel comfortable while being in the doctors care. Great place to go to try and get yourself back on your feet!
