“I went there today and the line up wasn't too bad. This rude woman walked right up, ignoring the line up, and went straight to a cashier. I started listening to hear what the problem was as she was making a scene, and I was about to inform her where the back of the line was! It turns out she doesn't even bank with CIBC, shes with PC. CIBC needs to drop PC banking already. I pay service fees to CIBC, so why am I competing with PC people at CIBC to do my banking? The only reason I'm giving them a 4 is because the woman was horrible to the cashier girl, and I think the cashier handled it well.”

“I have been going to DUCA, since I opened my first bank account. The credit union has grown into a multi-service financial institution. They have good accounts with no high fees and have good interest rates too. I don’t often go in there anymore as I can do my banking conveniently online. But when I do visit, they still know my name! Now that is personalized service. As for parking, I always find a spot, however it’s a growing region and sometimes can be busy as expected in an urban city.”
