They encouraged me to “shop around” and easily answered any of my questions or concerns. I’ve now brought my pup in a few times and have never had any issues. They have very friendly staff and after our first visit, they sent my pup home with a customized goodie bag - so sweet! Today I brought my pup in for his first groom and Penny did a fantastic job.
