“*update* Helen reached out to me to fix my nails and apologize for what happened. She took her time and did exactly what I wanted. I would like to return again, hopefully the quality keeps up. Never ever again! Been there a few times with no issues. Got a different tech this time for a “solar gel” which is an overpriced acrylic set. Argued about different sizes and lengths of all nails. Finally gave up because I was being laughed at for saying they were crooked and different lengths. Multiple cuts to my cuticles and fingers. No cuticle work done. Paid 55 and left in tears.”
