“I've been a part of CrossFit Scugog for almost 2 months now and it's been such a great experience for me. Coming from an endurance background with limited weight lifting experience, I was a little intimidated going in for a trial week, but Trevor and Andrea (and the whole group) were so welcoming and supportive. Every workout can be scaled to your own level, and you are learning proper technique with every movement you do. While yes, it's more than the $15 Anytime Fitness membership, the amount of muscle and motivation I've already gained is worth every penny. Every workout is different, so go to 3 classes in your free week at least and see what it's all about!”

“I have now been going to this anytime fitness for 2 years now. One of the reasons I joined this gym is because I travel for work. I have been all over and have visited many anytime fitness gyms and this is one of the best. This is one of the best gyms in Port because of their group exercise classes. I love working out with groups because it keeps me motivated. So many gyms dont have this and I dont like them as much. The classes also help me meet other like minded people without feeling awkward. Its so nice to meet other people to workout with. The staff at this gym go out of their way to help you meet people and get you into classes that will help you acheive your goels, and stay motivated. Check out the spin classes there fun! In my books this is an A+ gym.”
