(March 3, 2023, 9:48 pm)Preparing for Mahashivaratri, I placed an order for some button roses, vilvam and jasmine from Pookadai. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Thursday, but they were not. Meera from Pookadai called me on Friday morning and said that if I do not get them by evening, she'll personally deliver them so that my Shivaratri pooja goes well. Fortunately, the flowers were delivered the same evening, but Meera's commitment to customer satisfaction warmed my heart.
(January 7, 2023, 12:09 am)Got a bunch of flowers form here today. The place was filled with the beautiful scent of flowers. Had heard great things from some people in the area and I wasn't disappointed. They also have flowers for pooja and cater to all occasions.
