End Of The Roll Flooring Centres - Whitby

I went in to see Colleen, the manager of End Of The Role to discuss the new flooring plan for my house, including new engineered, hardwood, new tile, and new carpets.
They had just moved their entire store inventory into a new and much better location at 3570 Brock St. N., Whitby.
We discussed patterns and colours in great detail. She has a huge selection of material on site.
Mike, came to do the measurements and make plans for the installation. He has been with the corporation for decades was very knowledgable in deciding what was going to be needed.
The installer, Alexander, arrived on time and diligently worked to remove the old material and replace it with the new flooring and did an excellent job.
I kept getting the impression that they were working as if they were upgrading their own personal floors.
They addressed every minute detail.
They noticed some unexpected surprises in the subfloor i.e., leveling, but they went ahead and corrected the issues without complaint or delay.
I would highly recommend End of the Role, Whitby, for any type of flooring work. Installation costs were quite competitive.

Great service. Installation of carpet within one week of purchase. Staff went above and beyond to measure same day to ensure the carpet would be appropriate size.

Not only were the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but when there was an issue when the measurer came to do his job, they bent over backwards to make sure that the price I had paid for the original remnants they sold me was honored.
