I sold my house with Krysten Welch in spring 2020 during the Covid outbreak. She adapted well to the situation and actually sold our house off of her virtual tour without having multiple families in and out of our house during those unknown early days. Most recently, we purchased a house using her again and we got under list price. She’s an incredible agent, will always keep you in the loop and isn’t afraid of tough negotiations.
