“I joined Okami Kai in the fall of 2015. My main reason for joining was to participate in an activity that would allow me to stay active and that involved a group atmosphere. This is what I got and more! Scott is an amazing teacher and really cares about the people. I have always felt supported and yet challenged to grow and advance. The members are also an amazing group, all willing to help and provide whatever support is needed to meet my objectives. There are so many class hours as well making access and availability great for changing schedules and the usual things that occur in our lives every day. I feel great, my physical and mental health has improved and this club is a beacon of support in my life. Thanks for everything!!!”
