“We were continually having drain backups due to our large maple tree in our front yard. Every few months we had to call a company to remove the roots that were clogging our drains. We called Phoenix Pipe Lining to see if lining the pipe would solve this ongoing root issue. Right from our initial phone call they were informative, helpful and professional. They came out to perform a video inspection that showed us exactly where the issue was. In just one day they were able to remove the roots and line the crack that was allowing the roots grow through the pipe causing the drain backup. “I brought my horse down from up north to board at Heartland and had a wonderful experience there. Debbie (owner and instructor) was welcoming and warm and made me feel like part of the Heartland Family, right from the start. I felt so comfortable and as though my horse was viewed and treated as one of their own. Please do not believe any of these negative reviews. On top of time I spent there with my horse, I also volunteered and witness firsthand how well the horses are cared for there. They are treated superbly and given top quality care. I was so impressed with how much consideration and thoughtfulness went into the treatment of all their horses. I was there volunteering when the vet was out multiple times and no expense was spared for the horses' well being. It makes me sad to read some of the negative reviews... the entire time I was there, the horses were in great shape - save one, who was being given every bit of extra help, from extra feed to regular vet checks- and he was HAPPY. Most people would have given up on that horse, just because of the optics but Heartland didn't. Hayley (the barn manager and instructor) was the BEST! Not only does Hayley genuinely care about the horses, she also cares about her students. She goes out of her way daily to tailor classes to students' needs and ambitions. I was so out of practice, having not ridden consistently for years and she never made me feel silly for asking questions... The warmth at Heartland will stay with my horse and I for a long time and if we weren't moving out of the area, I can honestly say we would have stayed there indefinitely. If you're looking to get into riding, or back into it, no matter your age, this is the place to go.”

“Royal Ashburn Golf Club is a lovely venue, able to accommodate weddings big and small! My husband and I got married in October 2019 via the Cedar Garden, and held our cocktail hour and reception in the Butler's Pub, which was transformed to perfectly accommodate our under 50 guests with the help of our awesome venue coordinator, Natalie, and our team of external vendors. Our vision of having the upper level accommodate seating and the lower level be our dance floor was executed wonderfully. Our family and friends thought the intimate setting was beautiful and had a blast. The golf course is stunning, and there are so many great locations for photos on-site. The food was enjoyable and the staff were extremely professional. We enjoyed working with the Royal Ashburn Golf Club team, and wish them all the best!”
